A standard consultation is 50 minutes.
Matina provides in person appointments (Face to Face) at her Windsor location. She also provides Telehealth appointments through Zoom or over the phone.
The cost of a standard 50minute session is $240. If you have a mental health care plan or private insurance you may be eligible for a rebate. Please note that this is a full fee paying service and as such, we do not provide bulk bill services or accept health care, TAC or veteran affairs cards.
We ask that you give Matina at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment as this gives other clients the opportunity to get the support they need. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment , you will be charged 50% of the session fee. If you cancel within 24hours, or do not attend, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.
